Built the Halal National Strategy covering all supply chain aspects such as: Production, Manufacturing, Investment and Regulation that is aligned with more than 21 government entities.
Implemented FASEH integration with Saudi Customs for clearance that minimized the time to clear food & drugs from several days to 7 hours on average.
Built Saudi FDA’s digital transformation strategy 2018-2021.
Establishing the first Digital Health Accelerator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ran the Saudi FDA Hackathon as well as the Saudi FDA Datathon to solve some of our business problems.
Building a new clearance system based on Machine Learning with the goal to clear 30% of goods by the machine.
Built an automated Chabot (SARA) to help and assess Saudi FDA’s costumers.
Building a new Mobile App طمني to promote Healthy Food and help consumers to choose better food, drugs options.
MANAGING DIRECTOR | MODPREX | 2013 - 2017
Led Modprex establishment from day zero with the activities of strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, marketing, sales, and project implementation. Have worked on a variety of high-profile projects with the government reporting directly to the Ministers or the CEOs of the organization. Some of these projects took place with major international companies such as PwC, BCG, and KPMG. In addition, I have established an excellent partnership with GBTEC AG, a German consultancy and software provider that eventually led to making Modprex their best international partner and making their software one of the best players in the region. Some of major projects are:
Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA): Established the Office of Process Management and Modeling within SAMA and aligned its strategy with its main value chains for execution.
King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz University Hospital: Established the Office of Process Management as well as the PMO and Strategy Office. During our work we modeled all the hospitals processes in the effort to achieve the JCI certification witch we did in the first attempt.
Maharah: We modeled all of Maharah processes in the effort to comply with IPO regulations in Saudi Arabia using an agile approach. Furthermore, we identified all of their processes and value chains and we worked on Identifying their Customer Journey and improving his experience.
Ministry of Labor and Social Development: We established the Office of Process Management and identified the core value chains of the Ministry. In addition, we worked on the Orphan Management processes in order to document them and improve the overall journey.
Ministry of Justice: Worked on improving the complete customer journey and the Judicial Department.
Saline Water Conversion Corporation: Identified the main value chains within SWCC in effort to document all their business processes by building internal capabilities to complete and maintain the project.

Served as one of the founders of the Saudi Chapter of ABPMP, in Riyadh, with the aim of spreading the awareness of business process management in the region. One of the main achievements was translating the BPM CBOK into Arabic.
